Expedition Rally Motorcycle Tours
Before making a reservation at Expedition Rally, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Expedition Rally and you from the time of booking.
By submitting a booking, you confirm that you comply with these arrangements.

Payment
Payments needs to be in full by the moment of registration.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation with a registration.

Cancellation of Trip
Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.
• More than 60 days before the trip: full refund.
• 60–30 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total amount.
• Less than 30 days before the trip: no refund will be given.
If Expedition Rally cancels the trip, the full payment amount will be refunded. Expedition Rally will notify participants of a cancellation no later than 15 days before the trip. Expedition Rally is not liable for any additional costs related to the trip, such as airfare, visas, or personal travel expenses.

Passport & Visa Requirements
All participants are responsible for their own passport, visa and travel documentation.

Driver’s License
All riders must hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license suitable for riding motorcycles of 450cc or higher.

Liability
The customer is liable for all personal injuries and property damage they cause whether intentional or unintentional and shall indemnify and hold Expedition Rally harmless against all third-party claims.

Motorcycle Insurance (CDW)
Minor scratches from tipping over or dropping the bike do not need to be covered by the participant. However, if the motorcycle is damaged and requires repair or replacement parts the participant is responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Travel & Medical Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own medical, accident, and evacuation insurance requirements and understand and acknowledge that this is not the responsibility of Expedition Rally.

Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that participants check whether their personal insurance includes trip cancellation coverage. This coverage can also be purchased through third party providers.

Itinerary & Changes
Expedition Rally reserves the right to change tour itineraries due to:
• Weather conditions
• Safety considerations
• Political or logistical issues
Expedition Rally is not liable for missed flights or connections caused by itinerary changes.
